1000 Kicks a Day

For a period of my life I followed a strict rule: 1000 kicks every day.

The idea was simple, discipline. Most people stop after 50 or 100 repetitions, but I continued until I reached one thousand. The goal was not just physical training but building consistency.

When you repeat a movement hundreds of times, something changes. The body adapts, but more importantly the mind becomes quieter. You stop negotiating with yourself and simply complete the task.

Discipline Over Motivation

Motivation is unreliable. Some days you feel strong; other days you feel tired.

Discipline removes this problem.

The rule was simple:

No excuses

No negotiation

1000 kicks every day

Once the rule is fixed, the mind stops arguing.

Looking Back

I do not follow this routine today, but it taught me something important.

Large achievements are built from small actions repeated every day.

The principle is the same everywhere training, research, and even writing a PhD.

1000 Kicks a Day

Blog Post number 4

This is a sample blog post.
